Furnace Engineering Projects Pvt. Ltd. (FEP), established in 2018, A Subsidiary of Furnace Engineering Inc, Japan (FEI). We specialize in the design, engineering, fabrication, and erection of Fired Heaters, Reformers, Waste Heat Recovery Systems and Static Equipment for different industries. Since the establishment in India, we have supported clients in India and Japan in executing complex process heating projects. With strong technical backing from FEI (Japan), FEP has successfully supplied fired heaters packages, reformer to refineries in India and fertilizer plant overseas. FEP is actively involved in improving the efficiency of existing equipment by engineering and site modification and upgradation work.
In 2020, we established our Surat (Gujarat) office, supported by a dedicated team of 20+ professionals specializing in Design & Engineering, Procurement, and Project Execution. We provides industrial fired heaters designed to efficiently raise the temperature of process fluids through direct fuel combustion using natural gas, fuel oil, or other hydrocarbons. Our fired heaters are widely used in refineries, petrochemical plants, chemical processing units, and energy industries, delivering highly controlled and reliable heating for demanding industrial processes.
FEP provides high-temperature hydrogen reformers engineered to produce hydrogen from hydrocarbons, primarily natural gas, using processes like steam methane reforming (SMR). In these systems, hydrocarbons react with steam at elevated temperatures over a catalyst, generating hydrogen-rich synthesis gas for use in refineries, chemical plants, and industrial applications.
FEP provides ethylene crackers (steam crackers), large petrochemical processing units designed to convert hydrocarbon feedstocks like ethane, propane, or naphtha into ethylene and other light olefins. Operating at high temperatures (750–950 °C), these systems break molecular bonds to produce ethylene, a key feedstock for plastics, resins, and numerous petrochemical products, supporting efficient and reliable industrial production.
We provides high-quality pressure vessels, engineered to safely hold gases or liquids at pressures significantly different from ambient. Our vessels are designed for oil & gas, petrochemical, chemical processing, power plants, and manufacturing industries, supporting applications such as storage, separation, heat exchange, and critical process operations. All our pressure vessels comply with strict safety and quality standards, ensuring reliable and safe operation under high-pressure conditions.
